Thank you all for coming to our ITs All for Mother Earth Eco Fair. It was a sunny day and people learned all about how to save mother earth from more carbon footprints, from chemicals and toxins, from hastening global warming aside from enjoying the eco friendly products they bought for their loved ones. Poveda Class of 1989 has a directory of all the vendors who you may order earth friendly products from. Write us if you want a copy at it.batch89@gmail.com. We would like to push all the products of our vendors for a cleaner, healthier planet to live in.
IT's not just a bazaar. IT's a day of learning how to make this world a better place to live in -- cleaner, healthier and greener. 0900 AM Mass at the St Pedro Poveda Chapel Priest - Father Godwin Tatlonghari, school chaplain The mass will be offered for prayer intentions of the Poveda community and their loved ones, especially the ones who need healing. 1000 AM Bantay Kalikasan Our beneficiary will feature and give a short spiel on the Pasig River rehabilitation. How can we help it go back to what it was like before? 1030 AM Adarna Books Storytelling Storytelling for the kids featuring "Emang Enkantada" - a story about cleanliness and taking care of your environment. 1100 AM The Wild Bird Club of the Philippines Film showing of AVIAN ARCHIPELAGO - a short video on the endemic birds of the Philippines and a short lecture about birdwatching. 1230 PM Pocketful of Kids Worlds and Words Sample: Elements of Poetry (45 min) Have a lot to say about the environment? Weave words with Teacher Mia, as you get your thoughts out on paper on the beauty and trials of the environment. Newspaper Crafts (45 minutes) One man's trash is another man's treasure, make your own little treasures with recyclable materials with Teacher Mahar. 0200 PM Adarna Books Storytelling The storytelling will feature Adarna House's new storybook, BAKAWAN. The story is about a mangrove, the creatures living in it, and how everybody can help preserve nature. 0300PM Worms in my backyard (Vermicomposting) A seminar by the de Castros on how earthworms can help us manage our waste, especially biodegradable waste. These become vermicompost, a natural fertilizer, for our plants. Great for the herb garden you may be thinking of starting at home. Starter kits will be sold.
You are all invited to the Poveda Class of 1989's ITs All for Mother Earth Eco Fair! October 18, 2009 at St. Pedro Poveda College Covered Courts from 9am to 4pm. Join us on our 20th Anniversary as we embark on an eco project. As responsible social citizens, we believe that together, we can champion the cause to make our planet a greener and safer place to live. Various activities are planned for the day: storytelling, seminars, exhibits, and a bazaar offering earth-friendly products and services. It will be a fundraising project for the benefit of Typhoon Ondoy victims, Bantay Kalikasan and the St. Pedro Poveda College Gym. Email us: it.batch89@gmail.com for queries.

Fundue Terms and Conditions:

1. Please allow 2 days lead time to deliver products upon order.

3. Delivery services are available in selected areas of Quezon City and Pasig City for a minimum order of 10 boxes. Additional P10/box will be incurred for delivery fee. Delivery services for order less than the prescribed amount will be offered at a case-to-case basis.
4. We supply bulk orders that are great as gifts/giveaways for any special occasion and for other functions. Discounts will be given for orders of at least 10 boxes. Discounted prices may vary depending on the size of the order and will be given to the customer upon request.
